I recently suffer from severe constipation which also led to a blockage from my bladder..A friend took me to your A & E Dept. at about 8pm where I received first class kindly and friendly treatment. The Receptionist was extremely helpful and I was soon seen by a most efficient and took the details of my problems. I was quickly sent to the Pitstop Dept where three very friendly nurses quickly installed a catheter. I was then seen by a most reassuring Doctor who examined me and then sent me to a larger ward where a delightful and most friendly and skilful nurse, gave me a very successful enema which completely solved my bowel problem. As it was then about 1am I was taken to a small side ward where I was looked after by another lovely nurse. I slept very well and in the morning I was washed, given a good breakfast and taken home in hospital transport. I could not have had better treatment if I had paid thousands of pounds for it. After a week I went back to the Urology Centre where Wayne skilfully and painlessly removed the catheter, Congratulations to you all at St.Peters, you are doing a wonderful job
