I was admitted as a day patient to The Plane Tree Center for a biopsy. From the time I arrived until the time I left I was looked after and treated with complete kindness and consideration. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff I came into contact with. The questions I had were answered fully and I was totally reassured before I went down for my procedure. At my follow up appointment in outpatients 10 days later, despite the clinic running late, I didn't feel that I was being rushed or 'processed' in any way and, again, my many questions were answered fully. At no time did I feel I was being a bother or that my allotted time was up and I should leave. People are so quick to complain about late running clinics, but, at the same time, want to be able to have the time they need with the Doctors and Consultants to discuss and understand their condition and be reassured about any worries. I cannot thank the staff enough for the care and attention I received. In the nicest possible way, I hope that I don't have to meet them again, that means I am 100%, but should I have any further health issues, from my experience of Whipps, there is nowhere else I would want to go. As I said in my title, 'Thank you' seems so inadequate, but thank you all.
