My grandaughter aged 13 has been seen by the same doctor since 2012. She was referred for iontophoresis treatment which initially was done by member of staff in dermatology. However, it appears that another nurse was taking over, who was absolutely brilliant. My grandaughter had seven weekly treatments on her hands and feet with great result. The nurse showed my grandaughter how to use the equipment and after a couple of sessions encouraged her to set it up herself for when we have one at home to continue treatment periodically. The nurse was very flexible with treatment days and times if my grandaughter was unable to attend. And would keep in touch by email or text message. We will be renting the equipment in September and have been told to contact the nurse for advice if need be. My grandaughter is know much more confident as her hands no longer perspire as much. Excellent service from the nurse and the doctor. A big "Thank you".
