"My recent experince at Epsom hospital"

I had my varicose veins treated yesterday 09/06/2015. What good care was taken by everyone at the day case unit. I was pleased with everyone's attitude and they just couldn't do enough. Well done to all who made my surgery a nice experience. Everyone seems to be knocking the N.H.S. Many thanks. PS I have a form to fill in with my comments online but sadly the code won't work.
