What I liked
my 91 year old father in law was admitted in Feb 09 following an illness. he managed to pull through and was transferred to St Georges - whilst there he had a fall and broke his hip so was sent back to Queens (now its May 09). It took 5 days for his operation to repair his broken hip and now it has been confirmed that he has MRSA in his wound. What is good about Queens ..... NOTHING !!!! Now they are anxious to discharge to a nursing home - probably so that the MRSA figures look good for reporting !!!!!
What could be improved
everything - change of management !!!!
