I have been a patient of the Heart Hospital which has now been moved to Barts. Tried to find the consultant who looked after me - not listed.Neither is the clinic, the Grown-Up Congenital Heart Disease clinic. After that it is not surprising that it is impossible to find the service manager for this clinic or the secretary to the consultant. Why? All these were easily available on the UCLH website. Spent half an hour to find out the arrangements for hospital transport,I am disabled and live very far. Could not find it although I tried every imaginable search term. Why?Again, the same information is easily available on the UCLH website where Heart Hospital used to belong to. The transfer has been on the cards for a long time,Barts had time to update their website, they just did not bother. As for helping their disabled patients, it does not seem to feature on their list of things to do. Why? Recently I have read a lot of negative comments about Barts,I am getting to see the reason why.
"they make it difficult for new patients"
