I was having problems inflating the cuff on my Trachi tube.
I rang Rotary ward at William Harvey (Ashford Kent) and they told me to come in if I was worried.
Madhu checked the cuff and was preparing to change the tube when he realised there was a fault on my manometer (devise for measuring cuff inflation). He showed me the issue and everything was resolved without me needing a tube change.
Although it was my mistake he never made me feel stupid and was happy to spend the time with me solving the problem.
"Happy to spend time and solve the problem"
