I recently stayed two nights in the countess. First night in EAU and second in AMU. Because the shower rooms are essentially wet rooms, I didn't find them very practical for a hospital. You enter the rooms in your night clothes and there are no hooks to hang them or your lot he's on to keep them dry. There is nowhere except the floor to put towels or slippers. There is little or no shelf space for toiletries, shower gel, shampoo etc. Also in the toilets there are no email hygiene bins available and no signage as to how to dispose of such items.
