During a recent attendance as a patient, the experience was very good with regard to the care given by Nurses and Medical staff who were endlessly running around trying to see patients in a timely manner in often difficult circumstances however others could learn from their example as were very poor in terms of attitude and approach (sonographers in particular). DRI is tired looking and untidy hospital (window blinds hanging loose from fittings, dirty floors to name a few). Then as an outpatient being asked to attend for phlebotomy service, one looks to the website to try and locate the area (and the labs) and this information is sorely missing..where do patients need to go? where is the specimen reception to drop in samples ? navigating around the website is very confusing. Really not impressed.. sorry.
"Very difficult experience"
