My daughter has just been discharged from Hereford Hospital and the treatment from start to finish was outstanding. We had no wait time on A&E in fact my daughter was called through before I'd finished booking her in! The triage nurse (who's name I sadly didn't catch) was extremely professional and caring. We were seen by a doctor almost immediately and they were a true credit the the department and their profession. For 5 hours they constantly checked on my daughter, explained procedures carefully and thoughtfully to both myself and my daughter, and showed a great deal of care which was enormously appreciated. People need to understand that these doctors and nurses do their very best at all times and we don't appreciate that enough, I am so grateful to everyone who looked after us, from the receptionist at the start, to the nurses and doctors in A&E and the team on the children's ward. You all made a dreadful and stressful situation far more manageable. Massive thank you to you all.
