I am often in and out of hospital as my daughter has complex needs and everyone has always been so lovely and I truly trust them with my confusing daughter. This visit they have particularly outshone themselves as there was no bed spaces available for me so I thought I was going to have to sleep in HDU next to my daughter, but they all rang around determined to find somewhere I could sleep and amazingly they did on another ward (and it was peaceful) they also went to the extra effort of making me tea with biscuits. I really can't fault the team work and how they go beyond there roles to help people out in moments of need. I'm glad my daughter is in save hands- the doctors are lovely too, very approachable which I believe is most important. Thank you so much and I look forward to when the new Ronald McDonald unit gets built so nurses don't have to keep locating parents places to sleep :-) thank you all
