About: Birmingham Dental Hospital

I am outrage that the dental hospital is part of the NHS. I have been referred by my dentist and have called on multiple occasions and left numerous amounts of voice mails which I have not received a single response too. When I finally got an appointment I traveled all the way there waited half an hour for them to tell me the practitioner was sick -absolutely appalling service. I then had to chase them to get another appointment when they stated they would call me straight away with the next appointment. After multiple times of trying to contact them, I then finally received a new appointment which was again cancelled! I am so tired and sick of this service and have been battling with getting treatment for over 9 years.

I am very sorry to read of your disappointing experience, and ask you to please telephone the Customer Service Team on (freephone) 0800 917 2855 at your earliest convenience. A member of the team will be happy to liaise with the hospital on your behalf to ensure your next appointment is arranged very soon and without any further incident. The Customer Service Team can be contacted Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm Regrettably I am unable to resolve this situation without you contacting us in this way, as you have understandably not left your name / contact details in your posting, which would have allowed us to look into the matter immediately. I do hope you will call the Customer Service Team very soon so that we can resolve this unacceptable situation.
