Arrived at the Hospital 10 minutes early, to be shown straight into the Ward, and made ready for the operation. The surgeon then came round and explained exactly why and what was going to be done. Within minutes I was taken straight into the theater and made ready for the operation. The operation proved slightly more difficult than normal, taking twice as long as normal, but achieving a satisfactory result. I would like to congratulate the Consultant and their staff for a job well done, showing professionalism at its highest degree and for their staff working around them, who were kind, helpful and dedicated to their work. Thank you, a job well done by all of you.
