beginning of ;hip replacement ok surgery ok. epideral i think they thought it was right hip instead of left. on discharge letter it says right when in fact should be left. on ward a mentally ill patient opposite who had behavioural issues which caused distress to other patients trying to recover. x ray department obllvious to how to treat hip replacement patients when getting onto x ray couch. food not very nutritious and fresh. had to wait ages for drugs and discharge and no porters around to take to car.
