From my going into hospital to coming out, the care and attention I received from the staff on ward B2 was second to none, for which I am very grateful. The food wasn't to my taste; the only things I really enjoyed were the salads. The way some of the meals were served up didn't do anything to get the taste buds flowing but that may have been because I wasn't feeling 100% fit. My only real little grumble is with the administration. Some how or other my admission date on two different documents is stated differently to the date I actually went into hospital. Unfortunately one of the documents is my Westfield form. I rang the ward when I found out a few days after my return home and spoke to a lady who said she look into it. Nearly a fortnight has passed and nothing heard. So I contacted Westfield and have now sent my form and admission letter for them to look into but on reading my discharge letter, I find the incorrect admission date on that. Oh! I forget, a medical wasn't booked for my therapy appointment, which had to be cancelled. When I did get to my therapist, I waited one hour for a porter to take me back to the front of the hospital for my return home. When making enquiries from whomever, the young lady in the office had to phone put down on her when asking how long it would be. Bless her, she took me herself.
