My sister is termilly I'll and has frequent emergencies stays in hospital.. She's having chemo rang her chemo emergency line told to come to A-E..chemo emergency line said she would let them no we was coming...got to hospital staff didn't no anything about my sister doctor came out of A-E and told us they was full had no where to put my sister and she was at high risk of sitting in A-E I was fuming and fine I will take my sister home he said ok she hadn't been seen....another admission A-E on January 2015 seen by doctor told she needed morphing 4 hours later still no morphine dispite us repeatedly going out asking doctor for her morphing doctor was shocked every time we said she hadn't had it . There a total lack of communication between the nurses and doctors.. Admission again 19 February 2015 A-E she was put on a lyster ward on saline drip wanted to go to toilet in the night couldn't because connected to drip on the bed...buzzed nurse told her will have to use commode and told my sister not to buzz when she had finished for them to take the commode away to leave it in her room...also on her notes it stated in A-E that my sister refused to put a gown on...she was never asked to put gown on....and on reading her notes morning 19 February it stated she had had a sleeping pill with signature underneath when she hadn't had one and why would have sleeping pill at 11 in the morning... Also later her drip was disconnected and not reconnected there is a total lack of care at this hospital some nurse where rude or didn't speak communicate well ...the things I have seen go on at that hospital are appalling total lack of care lack of communication lack of hygenie ...
"No quality of care"
