Just a few words to say how well I was treated at Good Hope hospital - from the lady on reception who even though extremely busy remained calm and polite - to the medical staff on the ward. On entering the ward I was shown to an spotlessly clean bay and was advised on the procedure of my time in hospital clearly and concisely. All of the staff answered my questions and concerns however simple and mundane. Before my operation the staff in the anesthesia suite were extremely helpful again answering my concerns and made my experience less worrying than expected. After my operation I was offered a drink and some toast which again was delivered by a very pleasant member of staff. On my discharge again everything was explained clearly and concisely. In conclusion I would like to say a big thank you to all the members of staff for making a potentially stressful day comfortable.
