I recently was taken into A-E and would like to share my experience. Everyone I had dealings with where absolutely brilliant, the ambulance men, the doctors and nursing staff. Everyone was kind and reassuring and demonstrated the very best of human nature. There were several difficult, patients who were treated with the same care and politeness as everyone else. It was a very busy night and lots of different problems were presenting themselves, but the staff maintained their calm and professional manner. I was kept in the observation ward of A-E overnight and from there witnessed numerous examples of elderly people being reassured and comforted. Everyone should be proud of themselves They are special people.
