Leaving this review after waiting over 10 + minutes to get through to ward E51 . Wait a while for switch board to answer ,ring regularly and they are always polite and helpful. Often tel wd 51 and 52 . Able to get throughj to wd 52 within 5 minutes staff nurse not available awaiting their call back[.still waiting 30min later ]. Eventually got through to E51 to a great nurse after 15 minutes. Please please put more staff on the tel on the ward. We must consider relatives who are expecting bad new,s every second must be torture. Also this is the face of the hospital and first impressions are important. How can I remain anonymous if i have to give you my e-mai address.
