I have had a telephone conversation with the staff, about the patient, on late Friday afternoon. I live quite away from London so this was my only way of communication. I was really impressed how helpful and organised the department and the member of staff was. The willingness to help was highly prompt and genuine, and above all, their attitude was so friendly, professional and full of patience. Keep up this excellent work. It is just brilliant!
