"Infection control poor"

About: Wexham Park Hospital

Fantastic consultant who listened, was very thorough and explained in a way we could understand. Department was very unorganised. What disturbed me most was watching an HCA take somebody's urine sample then touch every surface available including her own mouth before handing a file to a patient. This continued without once using the sterigel available to her. Sadly this was the same for nearly all staff in that department.
