I first came to Inclusion Matters Sefton months ago feeling very distressed. I didn't feel myself and I wanted to control things which I knew I couldn't control e. g. when will I die? what will I did with? along with these things I always thought things would happen and I felt very insecure.
Coming to Inclusion Matters gave me the confidence to talk about my problems and get if out of inside of me. It was weeks before seeing an improvement but one afternoon the cause of my feelings just came out, from then on with my counsellor I was able to work deeper with her. She found and helped me sort all my bad feelings out.
Today I feel like I'm a visitor as I feel so good. I'm not saying I don't have any thoughts but I can control them, something without her help I wouldn't have been able to do.
Please con't sit in silence, pick that phone up, make the appointment. You can only try, nobody says you have to carry on if you don't want to. You have to work at it with the counsellor and hopefully you will feel as good as me now - good luck!
"Don't sit in silence - make the appointment!"
