About: South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust / Emergency ambulance

(as the patient),

I was hit by a car whilst crossing the road. The ambulance was with me within fifteen minutes I received excellent and compassionate care. All the staff were friendly and clear.

Thank you for taking the time to share your story. What a frightening experience that must have been! I hope you are recovering well!

It is always rewarding to hear that our staff are continuing to provide excellent care to our patients when they need us most.
