I feel that I wanted to leave this short message to future patients,my daughter(22) had been poorly for some while and had been rushed to St Thomas's in London while at work, after a short stay and many test they let her go with no answers,48 hours later we took her to Harlow PA hospital where her appendix was removed as they had been leaking for a while, not once was she made to feel she was wasting anyone's time, the nurses was rushed of there feet but lovely nurses in a&e and in the assessment unit were lovely, came to say goodbye at the end of there shift and wished her luck. Great guy came round with tea and a smile on his face which doesn't cost anything but is priceless. The lovely nurses on Kingswood ward let me stay until my daughter came round from her op and made me tea,all these things go without saying are more than they need to do as they have more than enough to do,but made a world of difference to me. The surgeon was very informative and explained everything he was going to do in manner that you and I would understand. What a assect these people are to the NHS. I am due to visit this hospital for and operation later this month and hope I will be repeating this review. It's not all bad news that people have when using the NHS,where could you go in the world and receive this treatment without them wanting your credit card details first.......?
"Something good to say!"
