I was a patient on Simpson 2 at the Nottingham City hospital for the treatment of suspected appendicitis. Because I went in for an emergency operation, I missed the meal but was provided with a very nice ham sandwich, a cup of tea and a yoghurt.
The only thing which could be improved would be to put less beds in each ward, as it did feel somewhat overcrowded.
