After a day and half waiting to see a doctor or a consultant; I could not tell the difference betweeen either as when they eventually appeared on mass after several hours in a meeting. Apart from the nurses and ancillary staff who do dress appropriately and behave professionally, the doctors and/ or consultants now wear their name tags on their crutch, look and behave like medical students. Patience appear to be an after thought and an inconvenience. Anyone who has worked in a microbiology environment would appreciate that a white coat offers some protection against microbes from both patience and doctors clothing. Also a name tag would not go amiss. All in all a very poor experience. And the food on offer, absolutely disgusting! Basic communication skills and interaction with patience by doctors very poor.
