As a result of good hope A & E failing to respond appropriately twice out of three occasions (after having to attend as a result of the trusts previous mistreatment of me) I, of course, complained. It gets bewildering when you realise that there are so few staff actually manning A & E when compared to the army of staff the trust employs to handle / deflect / delay complaints. I do not think I have spoken to the same member of staff twice, or got an answer to any of the questions posed.
