I feel it appropriate to comment on my recent healthcare experience at the Princess Royal Hospital.
I had been referred to the Vascular Surgery Clinic on the 20th June 2014 to investigate potential problems with my carotid artery.
Accordingly I arrived at the hospital reception and thereafter was quickly directed to the appropriated department. I was greeted at the department with a friendly welcome and indeed a ‘good morning’ from Mr Fox. The department staff could not have been more courteous and my need for an Ultrasounc Scan was processed very quickly indeed. Thereafter I was personally invited by Mr Fox to review the results of the scan resulting thankfully in confirmation that there was nothing of concern.
I can only comment the service I received and I just wanted to ensure that all at PRH, particularly Mr Fox and his team were congratulated and thanked for their timely, courteous, friendly and professional service- a credit to the NHS in what I know are challenging times for our Health Service.
Please pass on my sincere thanks and appreciation to all concerned with the treatment I received on 20th June 2014.
Many thanks.
"My sincere thanks and appreciation to all concerned"
