Attended neurology outpatient today 11th August 2014. The Dr was polite but very un interested in what I had to say. The examination he performed was half hearted and not even as thorough as the one performed by my GP , four days earlier who secured an urgent appointment because she was so concerned with her findings. Throughout the consultation period the Dr was chewing gum, something I would not expect from a professional. The Dr made no eye intact wih me and mumbled constantly. I left HRI feeling despondent and further agitated by having no diagnosis. Before attending the department I had read the reviews but went with an open mind, however I now understand what all the negative reviews are based on . I look forward to the standard HRI response, nothing seems to have changed.
