I came to a&e with a problem then was told to go to the eye infirmary, then had some breathing problems so doctor called an ambulance, i was then taken back to the royal a&e department the ambulance men had already told me what was wrong with me, and on arriving at a&e they told the nurse and I was sat in the waiting room for 4 to 5 hours and only when I asked if I could leave was I told I would be next I think the nurses that where on that night needed to be a little sensitive and have a better bed side manner, not just treat you like a piece of meat, I do understand they have a challenging job but I did not like the way I was treated, then I was told after bloods were taken because they could not find anything, I should just go home, I was still having the problems I went to them with and still having the problems to date. also I would like to say if your nurses are going to say something about a patient they should not say it when the patient can hear, i.e me by saying I was wasting there time.
"no respect"
