"Visit to A & E November 2014"

In my opinion once you get past Reception, whom I have to say feel the need to treat every patient in the first instance like underlings....one does have to take into consideration though that they do have to deal with what one might call some very difficult patients!!!! That is no excuse though and modern training techniques can improve that attitude. For myself I took a nasty fall in November 2013 and having spoken with the duty Sister on the phone before being taken in with the help of a wheel chair....received superb treatment and needless to say was on my feet and walking within a week. My conclusion is thank goodness we have a near excellent trust here in Bridgnorth...and I thank all Doctors and Staff for moving forward definitely into the 21st century.
