"son has injury on foot"

About: Ealing Hospital

My son has injury due to fall from scooter. Bring him to Ealing urgent care center.staff were very unhelpful. Chatting to private phone and finnaly took us in. Take edges to put us on system. Left our form on table for about 2 hours after we asks what's going on. Lady in reception made us feel like we don't have an accidents but we committed crime. I know they getting paid our national insurance but their behaviour is like we don't care. Same time many other patience keep asking how long will it take? How many patients before us. Lady keep saying looking at screen don't know. Don't know. I feel third world nation has better facility then us. I heard them laughing on our pain. Same receptionist spoke on my sons pain that give him anything to calm down hardly informed doc or anyone else. Receptionist was rude and unprofessional and has no sympathy for pain of others just keep talking to her personal phone for about 7-8 times.
