My brother was taken to the hospital I contacted the hospital to find out what ward he was taken to. The staff took my details and said they will call me back with useful information. However I waited and waited for hours until I called back three times with the same response. Eventually a lady called and said it'd late now call this ward number in the morning. I was very frustrated and disappointed for the lack of competence and respecting family members rights. My brother was very unwell and not surprised why he didn't call but the hospitals attitude is unbearable, especially when it's concerning a person's well - being.
