I am appalled at the way the Chaucer manage their accounts I was asked to pay upfront before my procedure which I did - ten day later received a letter saying my account was outstanding I emailed them to say I had paid with all the details - nor reply I emailed again only to receive an email stating they could not find my payment I rang the Chaucer to ask what is going on they rang me back to say that they a wrongly entered my money so I assume it went to someone else - I am now awaiting a letter of apology - whether I get one is debatable Medical Staff - couldn't fault them pity their accounts dept are'nt half as good - no one needs the hassle I have just been through
