I was taken to A&E by ambulance to which was checked in at reception I was left waiting in the waiting area for at least 4 hours without any medical attention. I had been violently sick with blood, I asked reception what was happening after the 4 hour wait to be told I wasn't checked in although I witnessed the paramedic doing this.
I was seen then by a nurse and another hour later to which she made my friend put on and take off the blood pressure thing and took no notice to what I was saying and was sent to someone else for a blood test then sent me back to the waiting area.
Another hour later a doctor called me in and told me to go to my doctors and get referred for further test he could not tell me what was wrong or did no further tests other then a blood test. He then gave me two lots of medication one for allergic reaction (which I was not having in fact it was blood spots from being violently sick) and medication for stomach which I am not allowed to take. I was sent home in pain and no better. And feeling completely let down.
Two weeks later my doctor is still awaiting a letter from the hospital regarding this visit as I was told they would send.
