What could be improved
My 85 year old mother who spent 7 weeks in hospital (Evesham, worcester and Pershore) before Christmas was taken ill in the middle of the night thrashing and speaking incoherently,paramedics were called by my 88 year old father, her carer. By 4 o'clock this afternoon she was brought back by paramedics, the two of them took quite a while to strap her into her seat and get her in, as she seemed unable to move much at all. The last time this happened she had a broken hip. She was diagnosed as having a urine infection and prescribed antibiotics. She was then left with my father. I would like to know a)why she was allowed home in that condition and b)why no one mentioned a possible reason for her movement to have worsened. My parents deserve better that this
