Very unsatisfied with the secretary's in this department. I had to contact them myself three times to see about my referral for which they kept saying they hadn't recieved then realised they had actually recieved it weeks ago so this caused many problems in getting a quick appointment. Wasn't happy with the way the dermatologist responded to me in clinic. Felt like he didn't listen to what I had said and that he was purposely asking questions I couldn't answer making me feel stupid. He also asked questions that I felt he should already know the answer to if he had looked through my notes thoroughly. Came away very disatisfied.
