I have been unfortunate enough to have to telephone Medway Maritime on a number of times over the last few months. On each occasion I have been kept waiting and waiting for the switchboard to answer. I have been cut-off, passed to the wrong department, advised I am ringing the wrong hospital. Today I waited in excess of 10 minutes for the call to be answered...... when I was finally put through to an extension I had to listen to a rambling message as to whey they could not answer the phone!
"Answer the phone..."
