I had a light fall on my head Tuesday morning and since it happened my symptoms gradually got worse and I had an exam Wednesday morning which the head injury had affected. On the Thursday afternoon I rang my local walk in centre who insisted I went to the A and E department at Blackpool Vic to be checked out. I had to wait 3 hours however I didn't mind because the waiting room was very busy and there was people who seemingly had bad conditions too. My mum went and asked for some paracetamol as the pain was getting worse and she was told by a very nice doctor that I'd be next and he'd give me the paracetamols then. 7 people later we were finally called in and seen by the same doctor that my mum had spoke to previously regarding the paracetamols. He was a really nice doctor however he was touching my feet and arms and never once asked about my head which was in horrific pain. The previous doctor who signed me in said I should tell the doctor if my symptoms get worse and If I encounter any weakness in any limbs or sickness, however telling te doctor tees problems, he didn't seem to care. The doctor was a nice man however I was dissapointed that they did more checks to ensure I was in full health especially as I'm currently doing exams. A week later and I still have all the symptoms and the constant sharp headache-what a waste of time.
