"Bad experience on behalf of a friend"

My friend was admitted to this hospital and received poor care. She was left waiting for hours for pain relief, was not consulted properly by staff about her treatment, had a canula ripped out of her hand, and clearly had an allergic reaction to something she was taking but the doctors/nurses did nothing about it and her hands swelled and became blistered. She was treated very badly and is still ill.
