On Tuesday 29th April 2014 my mum was admitted to ward east b1, the ward clerk, staff nurse, csw , physio were working. The level of care was beyond expectation. They was absolutely Brilliant. It felt as if we was in a private hospital not a public nhs funded. I was so shocked how all these staff made my mum feel so Brilliant and comfortable. If we rang the buzzer within 10 seconds the staff was assisting my mum. I just want to say what wicked staff you have. All of them genuinely have passion to work with people because when I approached them I could see this. They went to extraordinary lengths. This was one of the best customer service I ever received in my life and if ever need to return to hospital I will make sure I'm treated in Russell hall hospital. This experience I will never forget. They all was so polite, understanding, respecting going out there way to help me and mom. I would like to say you have an amazing team in this hospital. Please could you say a big thanks from me and my family. This service was not five star but 7 star. Also there was a guy he was Brilliant he took my mum to threatre. My mum had a barrier not speaking English and the way ur staff made my mum feel so comfortable and at ease how they dealt with everything. I went just by the threatre room and all the staff was amazing I don't know there names and the doctors. Many thanks, Sabina K.
