Last month, I had a cataract removed at the Queen's Medical Centre in Nottingham. I was most impressed with the way in which all staff (including the surgeon) kept me informed both before and after the operation. I was treated as an individual by a cheerful and caring team. Nothing could have been better.
I was particularly impressed by the cleanliness of the entire unit and the fact that the staff washed their hands before every administration of eye drops etc.
Thank you to all staff at the East Day Case Unit.
"Thank you East Day Case Unit staff"
