Having recieved a letter regarding a potential cardiology problem I was understandably upset. I contacted the consultants secretary and I was treated exceptionally well by her whom left me with the reassurance that I needed I actually recieved a telephone call from the consultant shortly after recieving several courtesy calls from his secretary to keep me updated and offer further reassrances. What an outstanding service. Credit must go to the consultant and his secretary.
