(as a relative),

after having saved my mothers life by removing cancer of her bowel, unfortunately she was left with a hernia at the site of her original operation. this was dealt with by her original surgeon as a day case and my mother received excellent care.

Her consultant Miss Adams has treated my mum throughout and has provided us with excellent CARE for which we are very grateful.
