The quality of care was excellent. A joined-up service from referral to discharge. Always given the opportunity to ask questions and be involved in decisions. The Ward (7ES) was clean, welcoming and comfortable. The nursing staff were caring and empathetic. The physiotherapy and OT staff were friendly and competent. The medical staff, pharmacy and supports staff were efficient and effective. My wife is a nurse (retired) and she was very impressed.
