In the many dealings I have had with Cheltenham General I have found that the quality of care and the level of professionalism runs throughout the organisation from the top to the lowest levels.. My first attendance was at the age of 19 ( a broken arm ) and my latest at 76 ( for Dupuytren's Contracture surgery) In between these years I have attended many dozens of times for multiple reasons and have always found the level of care, the pleasantness, the attentiveness and the professionalism above reproach. This care has extended from the many outpatients departments to time spent on the wards. I will always be grateful to the wonderful staff who provide this town with the very best service possible. I would like to add that the constant 'thank you' letters in the Echo give a clear indication as to how Cheltenham feels about it's Hospital and it's Staff. I would also add that the forgoing opinion is shared by both my friends and relatives. Good luck and God bless you all.
"It starts at the top!"
