"A&E staff were amazing!"

I attended the A&E department with my sister and brother-in-law last night. My bother-in-law had a potentially serious condition that we were all very anxious about. The A&E staff were amazing showing their care and compassion and arranged quick specialist review despite being rushed off their feet. As someone who has worked in A&E I appreciate how difficult it is to provide such a high standard of care to all patients 24 hours a day. However, I really feel that the staff went the extra mile to help us and relieve our anxieties. A huge thank you to a great department!
