I had to take my mum on Friday night, the staff were all very friendly and worked well together to complete her treatment and tests. She was admitted to the AAC overnight and was very well looked after. Could not fault the clinical and nursing care and the AAC is nice and clean. On discharge they made every effort to get mum what she needed and were very efficient. The only thing which did not go well was the truely dreadful parking arrangements. You really need to review how this works. On a rainy and windy night we rrived at 21:15 and left at 00:20. The ticket machine in the carpark was not working and when we eventually found a working one it did not allow us to pay the correct fee of £3.50. We could only opt for £1.50 and risk a big fine or pay £6.00 with no fine risk. This amounts to extortion and I am fairly sure that it is illegal. Review and fix the problem now please!
