"Laparoscopy treatment"

Hello, My name is Alexandra Stenclova and I became a patient of Frimley Park Hospital after I thought I misscarried. EPU kept an eye on me thouroughly during the process when they wanted to make sure if everything was all right. I did not feel it was serious but my HCG had not dropped. My nurse who had been looking after me all this time, can approach me in any matter very professionally with friendly attitude. Since the beginning I felt I could trust her. She explained me the reason of her worries and how important it was to come every 2 days to do blood test. Blood Test Unit: every time I came and only mentioned that I can faint I got an excellent service rightaway. All staff were very nice, kind and understanding. My test results showed eventually that it was an ectopic pregnancy with internal bleeding to my tummy. I could not believe this! My nurse again became very supportive and took me to F11 Gyneacology unit for laparoscopy. I felt like we became friends. I was not afraid and it was the most important to me in this situation as everything was happening so fast. My consultant from EPU, who found my ectopic pregnancy, was going through all my options when each was clearly described and explained me laparoscopy treatment. English is not my first language but I understood her very well, she answered all my questions and gave me hope I can still have a healthy children in the future. I was very happy with her. I also would like to point at all people from unit F11 Gyneacology who had been working from Wednesday 29/01/2014 till Thursday morning 30/01/2014 who were extremely supportive, friendly, kind, helpful and caring. It also applies to my wards, anesthetists and my surgeon who came after operation and explained on pictures what had been done. She also visited me next day morning and again explain all, answered all my question and assured me about good potential of having children. She used very nice approach. I would like to say big thank you to all those people, who cared about me in the moments I was afraid the most and any time I needed help or question asked, there was always someone who did the best. I have visited so many hospitals while I was a kid but Frimley Park Hospital is the best I have ever been in and it is all because of the staff and their support. Thank you very much.
