In February 2013 I had the misfortune to sustain a fractured humerus and a rotator cuff repair was recommended. The operation was very successful and after a few weeks of discomfort the shoulder/arm has regained strength and mobility. There are very few movements I cannot fully achieve but the situation improves each week. My first post-op memory, whilst still in the operating theatre, was the team announcing that they were very pleased with the result and their smiling faces said it all. From that time until I was signed off on February 3 you and your team have given exemplary care, both in your orthopaedic expertise and friendly and kind manner. Many thanks to you all! Carol Andrews
